History

TerraGraphics Environmental Engineering was founded in 1984 as a majority woman owned consulting firm offering specialized environmental services in five major areas:

Brownfields/Redevelopment
Environmental Science
Environmental Engineering
Hydrologic Services
GIS/Database Management

TerraGraphics values reflect Idaho and the Pacific Northwest. We bring hard work, honesty, and efficiency to each and every project.

Our clients are primarily state, local, tribal, and federal government agencies, along with legal and other private sector clients focused in environmental justice and economic development. TerraGraphics recognizes that solving today's environmental problems requires coordinating a variety of disciplines and expertise. Our approach to multidisciplinary projects is to assemble teams of specially qualified individuals from among our staff, consultants, or sub-contractors that are tailored to each client’s needs. This allows a broad perspective to problem solving and provides our clients access to specialized services at very competitive rates.

TerraGraphics has been successful at helping communities remediate through development and develop through remediation for the past twenty years. This philosophy has become popular through EPAs Brownfields program. In addition to successfully completing EPA funded Brownfields projects, we have assisted many rural communities address environmental problems while at the same time upgrading their infrastructure and stimulating their economy.
